MID-CANYON
View of the mid-canyon looking south, with Idaho hills in the distance. This photo was taken in spring, 2003, which was unusually wet. So, this is about as green as you will see the canyon. (Some of the green was Scotch thistle rosettes, which heralded a banner year for thistle germination .)
